1. Spam & Unsolicited Messaging

Sending bulk messages to users who have not consented to receive them. You must respect opt-out requests immediately.

2. Prohibited Content

Sending content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassment, or promotes hate speech.

3. WhatsApp Policy Violation

Any activity that violates WhatsApp's Business Policy or Commerce Policy.

4. System Abuse

Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload our systems.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension without refund.
